- Ask it to look up a customer, an opportunity, an order or an invoice, or to draft an email.
- If you ask it to create or update a record, it shows you the change and asks you to confirm before saving.
- The suggestion cards start a common question with one click. Or type your own question in the message box.
- Press Enter or the send arrow, and the answer appears in the conversation.
- The menu at the top right opens full screen, starts a new chat, and lists your chat history.

- This video shows how you find new accounts with Apollo discovery and Claude lead generation.
- Open Cabeau Tools, Apollo, Dashboard. Discovery looks for people who match these settings.
- Person titles sets the job titles, such as buyers and category managers. Person locations sets the countries to search.
- Industries narrows it to channels such as travel retail, duty free and department stores. Keywords narrow it further.
- Run discovery now searches Apollo with these settings. Generate with Claude finds matching companies on the web, and Apollo turns them into leads.
- Every run is listed under recent discovery runs, with how many leads it created, staged and skipped.
- The Ingest Log lists every person found. The fit score, out of one hundred, shows how closely each one matches your profile.
- Leads created by a run land in the Apollo stage of your pipeline, tagged Apollo with their score.
- Open a lead to see the contact, the company and the qualification checks on the Cabeau tab.
- That is lead generation. Next, how new leads arrive and how duplicates are caught.
Transcript
- This video shows how new leads arrive in the Hub, and how it avoids creating the same account twice.
- The Apollo ingest log records every contact a run brings in, and the decision taken for each one.
- Group the log by decision to see the outcomes: new lead, pending review, and skipped duplicate.
- New lead means Apollo created a lead in your pipeline. Pending review means the contact waits for someone to decide.
- Skipped duplicate means the person already exists in the Hub, so no second lead is made.
- The record links to the lead that already holds this contact, under Created Lead.
- Dedup Candidates holds new leads that only look like an existing account. An administrator merges them, or keeps both.
- The block list stops chosen companies and people from coming in again.
- In the pipeline, a new lead from a run starts in the Apollo stage. Open it to work it.
- When the prospect is ready to buy, Convert to Customer creates the customer account and sends it to NetSuite.
- That is how new leads arrive, and how duplicates are caught.

- This video shows how an automatic follow-up sequence works, from setting it up to how it stops.
- CRM, Client Follow-ups lists every sequence. Remove the My follow-ups filter to see the whole team's.
- Each sequence emails one client contact from the sender's own mailbox.
- Send every sets the gap between emails, in days. For two follow-ups three days apart, set it to three.
- Steps holds one email per round, each with its own subject and template. Edit them before you start.
- Start sends the first step on the next scheduled run. Then each step goes out at the interval you set.
- A sequence stops on its own when the contact replies, or when every step has been sent. Stop ends it early.
- This finished sequence shows both steps sent, with the date of the last email.
- To start a sequence, open the account, then More, Set Up Follow-up. Account Managers and the VP of Sales set these up.
- That is how a follow-up sequence works.

- This workflow shows how the Hub tells you a customer is due to reorder, or has gone quiet.
- Every account has an Order Cadence tab. It shows the usual number of days between orders, and when the last order arrived.
- Lapsed means the account has not placed a confirmed order within its expected window.
- Your dashboard gathers the accounts that need a call under At-risk Accounts, with days silent and the date each was flagged.
- Cabeau Tools, Reorder Monitor, Order Cadence lists every account you manage. The Lapsed filter shows the ones overdue.
- When an account passes its usual gap plus the slack for its tier, the Hub creates a reach out task on the account.
- That task goes to the account's primary account manager. As secondary account manager, you work from this board instead.
- Today the reminder arrives five days ahead of the expected order, and it does not escalate to the VP of Sales.
- That is how reorder alerts work today.

- This video covers approvals. When a rep changes a forecast, a price or an account relationship, the change waits for you.
- Cabeau Tools, Forecast, Change Requests lists every forecast change pending approval.
- Each row shows the account, the month, the previous and proposed amounts, and who asked for it.
- Open a request to review it. The reason the rep gave appears here, with the review details below.
- Approve applies the new amount to the forecast. Reject leaves the forecast as it was.
- Goal Line and Customer jump to the forecast line and the account behind the request.
- Price Change Requests collects price changes reps make on an account's item pricing, with the current and proposed price.
- Relationship Change Requests collects requests to move an account under a different parent account.
- Both lists open on pending requests, so an empty list means nothing is waiting for you.
- That is approvals. Next, the reorder monitor.
Transcript
- This video covers the reorder monitor, which watches how often each account orders and flags the ones that go quiet.
- Cabeau Tools, Reorder Monitor, Order Cadence lists each account with enough order history to measure.
- You see the average days between orders, the average order value, the trend, and the orders in the last twelve months.

- Open an account to see the full picture, including the median order value and how steady its ordering is.
- Thresholds sets the slack each tier gets, in days, on top of its usual gap, before the Hub raises a reach out.

- When an account passes that point, a reach out activity appears on the account for its manager, as you saw in the accounts video.
- That is the reorder monitor. Next, orders and inventory.
